Regardless of your level of expertise, previous failures, or current goals theres room for a coach in your life.

DO I NEED A COACH?

Here are some 4 ways to identify if you need a coach.

  1. Are you stuck? - you’ve achieved a lot this far, but need help getting to the next level. When coming face to face with challenging life obstacles such as being told your not strong enough, fast enough or talented to enough to play here or there the coaches at The Strength House can offer you sound, unbiased guidance. While friends, family and social media can provide advice on how you should be training, My team and I don’t give in to gimmicks or quick fixes. We train with a purpose and understand from experience that anything worthwhile takes time.

  2. Do talk negative about yourself? - What untrue ideas to you have about yourself? Do you consistently tell yourself that you’re not not good enough? Do you let one bad play or at bat out shine all of the good you do? Do you have a hard time letting go of previous failures? Holding onto those bad memories and feelings is both exhausting and counterproductive. My team and I can help you create your own positive affirmations, design daily process goals and be there to keep you accountable to move forward towards your goals.

  3. Do you always seem to be injured? - Whether it’s a nagging shoulder injury, ache knees, or lower back pain that never seems to go away, you’re never 100%. This is usually a multi-factorial problem involving poor lifting technique, nutrition and sleeping habits, soft tissue work or avoiding your weakness. My team and I will take the time and give you a thorough assessment and will dig deep to find the root cause of any problem. A coach can help you see what you can’t see.

  4. You’re ready to step outside your comfort zone - Do you find that you have stopped progressing and are stagnate? If your getting a little too comfortable with your routine, it may be time to step outside of your comfort zone. “You might be winning but you’re not growing, and growing might be the most important form of winning. - Jordan Peterson.” The Strength house team is second to none. We believe in no frills training for anyone willing to put in the work. We believe that you can always learn more, grow more and be more!

At this point in my career, I’ve spent a lot of time traveling the country and speaking to trainers and strength coaches. With her combination of education, experience, and passion, she represents the total package necessary to help people achieve their goals and enjoy the process. I can’t recommend her high enough
