Fastpitch Friday Ep.25 Refining the Standing 1-arm Cable Row

The row can be double edge sword at times. When done correctly it's a fantastic exercise for shoulder health. When done in-correctly it can do more harm than good. Here's some quick pointers to help you crush this exercise.
