Fastpitch Friday Ep.22 In-Season Hip Mobility Drills for Softball Pitchers

Over the course of a season it's not uncommon for softball pitchers to loose adductor length due to the eccentric stress placed upon players while pitching. In this weeks episode of Fastpitch Friday I would like to share with you one of my go to exercises to help maintain adductor length over the course of a long season.
