Fastpitch Friday Ep.7 The 1-arm Rotational Band Row

This week's episode includes tips on how to perform the 1-arm rotational band row. I love utilizing this exercise with my softball players as we near the season because it teaches them not only to move explosively but also how to decelerate. Players usually miss the boat when performing this due to the fact they try and generate power from ONLY their upper half. I encourage you as coaches and players to create rotational power from the ground up.
