Fastpitch Friday Ep.10 Executing the 1-arm, 1-leg KB RDL

The 1-arm, 1-leg dead stop Kettlebell RDL is not only a fantastic strength exercise but can be used to help athletes learn what it feels like to put force into the ground. The more force an athlete can put into the ground with their lead leg during the throwing motion the more rotational power they are able to produce. In this week's episode of Fastpitch Friday I give some helpful cues to set up and execute the 1-arm, 1-leg dead stop kettlebell RDL.
