Fastpitch Friday Ep.9 Mastering the Push-Up

The push-up is one of the main fundamental building block exercises I teach all my softball players to perform. The push-up has countless benefits for softball players that run from teaching good scapular movement along the rib cage, challenging core stability, and creating full body tension. On the other hand, the reality of the situation is that many softball players along with the general population don't know what a true push-up should look like or feel like. In this week's episode of Fastpitch Friday I go into detail about why people are performing push-ups in-correctly and also give some rememberable cues to attack the push-up to your best ability.
