Fastpitch Friday Ep.8 Try This Hidden Arm Care Exercise

The slideboard bodysaw is a fantastic full body exercise. I particularly lean towards this exercise quite often with my softball players because when set up correctly can actually be a fantastic way to target the serratus anterior (an important muscle that helps the scapula upwardly rotate during the throwing motion). In this weeks episode of Fastpitch Friday I show you how to step up for the slideboard bodysaw to be sure your getting the most bang your buck.
