Fastpitch Friday Ep.6 Fine-tuning the 1-arm Prone Trap Raise

 The Prone 1-arm raise is an exercise commonly utilized in many of my softball programs to help strengthen their scapular stabilizers. In this weeks episode of Fastpitch Friday, I give easy solutions to help athletes feel the prone trap raise in the correct places.
